The following is a summary of the manufacturing parameters that we use when developing a product for each client.

Thickness from 0.015 inch or 0.4 mm to 0.040 inch or 1mm
Weave density from 12 picks per inch to 34 picks per inch
Yarns 100% Cotton, Nylon, Polyester, Polypropylene or a combination
Thicknesses from 100 denier to 1000 denier
Colors White to black with all colors in between
Can be computer printed, solid color, or woven with 2 colors
Finishes Adhesive, Non-ravel, Flame retardant, Mildew, No-wet, very soft to extra firm
Lengths gross (144 yards), meters, or yards
Rolls from 50 yards to 150 yards
Spools Recyclable tubes or conventional spools with sides
Empty recycled tubes consume less space. Can be recycled as board product

Quantity per spool from 250 yards to 1000 yards
Cartons Standard size is 18 inches x 18 inches x 18 inches
Weight is approximately 55 pounds.

Labels Unique barcode label applied to each carton.
